This month we welcome as our guest speaker Assembly Member (District 2) Chris Rogers who will review the local Measures and state Propositions on our General Election Ballot. Rogers, a self-typed policy wonk, has been doing this for our club for a number of years, and he brings great information to share so we have a better understanding when we vote in the November 3rd election.
